Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between IntelliSense.io and the Customer (collectively referred to as “the parties”) as outlined in any signed and dated Order Form effective from the Effective Date and shall remain in effect concurrently with that Order Form.

In the event of any conflict between the Enterprise Subscription Agreement and this Service Level Agreement, the terms and conditions specified in the Enterprise Subscription Agreement shall take precedence.
