Account Manager

The role

We are looking for two talented Account Managers to join our teams located in Chile and Australia.

To fully understand our target clients' needs, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of mining operations and will be able to create and nurture meaningful relations with prospective and existing clients.

Possessing outstanding communication skills, you will be able to serve as the lead point of contact for your clients' portfolio, negotiating contracts and closing agreements.

What you’ll do

  • Carry quarterly and annual quota for Key Accounts in the target territories
  • Generate qualified opportunities within target accounts
  • Understand the customer needs and establish the company's products & applications as the best solution that address those needs
  • Develop proposals and business benefits cases for qualified opportunities within the account
  • Manage opportunities through the sales process with focus on closing
  • Work closely with Country Managers and Cambridge based Field Operations team to develop account plans
  • Attain quarterly and annual sales targets for individual accounts
  • In collaboration with Marketing, develop compelling material to generate leads, boost sales, and upsell to existing customers
  • Develop relationships with our Product Team to communicate customers’ needs accurately and effectively
  • Support technical solution delivery and ensure customers gain continuous value from the technology
  • Be the ambassador inside the Key Account and in local geographies 

Who you are

  • 2-5 years experience in the mining industry or other industrial sectors through work in professional services or engineering services company.
  • An understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service)
  • Proven track record in closing sales and meeting sales targets
  • Business acumen and customer service skills 
  • Attention to detail and an ability to effectively multi-task
