But what makes us unique in the fast-growing digitalization era?
IntelliSense.io has built a library of virtual sensors that act as digital twins of the mining circuits allowing new insights into the process to be identified reducing the need for physical sensors in harsh environments. We use Artificial Intelligence (AI), for example, to track material geophysical properties across the mining value chain to better predict what is coming for further efficiency gains.
We have built several applications that consume the models and provide real-time decision guidance to mining process operators allowing them to see into the future, and recommend the optimal way to run their processes to maximize output while remaining within the system constraints. On the brains.app platform, our suite of real-time applications uses Scientific AI*-based technologies to bring better visibility and data visualization to decision-makers.
*Scientific AI is the fusion of physics models with machine learning techniques. It was developed by Intellisense.io to further increase net metal production through the use of our AI solutions

Our applications can identify and remove bottlenecks, increase asset availability, reliability and utilization even for a single operating unit (like thickeners, stockpiles, grinding, flotation, etc) or work in tandem to optimize overall mine-to-market efficiency. We are extremely proud to say that we have been able to solve many challenges, driving process improvements across the mining supply chain.
A large part of this success comes from our team and culture, which includes mining industry experts (Geologists, Metallurgists, Mining Engineers) and more than 40 Masters and PhDs across all functions.
